FAQs & Privacy Policy

You have questions. wE have answers.

These are just some of the frequently asked questions that we have heard from our potential investors. We’re very transparent and know that you’ll have plenty more to ask. So if your question isn’t answered here, feel free to shoot us an email or give us a call.

What types of inventory do you invest in?

We deal with a wide range of products, including Home, Kitchen & Bath Goods, Electronics, Office Supplies, Automotive Products, Small Kitchen Appliances, Health & Beauty products, Toys, Janitorial Supplies and more. All inventory/transactions are carefully selected based on market demand and profitability.

Who can participate in this opportunity?

While this opportunity is open to most individuals, it may not be suitable for everyone. To ensure alignment, we conduct a vetting process to evaluate potential participants. This includes an interview to understand your goals, financial background, liquidity, and whether your investment strategy aligns with our business model. This process helps us determine if this partnership is a good fit for both parties.

What is a minimum amount of investment?

There is no minimum amount of investment. Every transaction is different. Therefore every purchase price that an investor would finance would vary. We’re looking for transactional investors that feel comfortable funding a transaction between $15,000 to $50,000 for a 10% ROI on their investment.

How does the investment process work?

It’s simple and transparent. Once you fund a specific transaction, we use those funds to purchase inventory & Logistics. We then handle all supply chain, storage, and sales. Once the inventory is sold, you receive a flat 15% return on your investment within the time agreed upon. Throughout the process, you’ll receive updates on the status of your investment.

As an investor, do I have equity in your company?

That’s a great question and a common one to ask. As an investor, you do not have equity in our company. Instead, you are a transactional partner who earns a 15% ROI on the specific transactions you choose to finance. Once your funded transaction is completed, you receive your principle invested amount & your return, and the partnership for that deal ends. You are welcome to invest in future transactions, but your role remains tied to individual opportunities rather than company ownership.

What happens if a transaction doesn’t go as planned?

While our track record shows a near 100% success rate, we acknowledge that challenges can arise. If a transaction underperforms, we mitigate risk by ensuring that any potential loss is proportionally shared. Our robust due diligence and strategic planning significantly reduce the likelihood of such scenarios.

How secure is my investment?

With any business, there is going to be challenges and a possibility of a loss. There is no business that can give a 100% guarantee of any sort. Having said that, it is important to note that with 13 years in business we have honed our skills and learned best practices to minimize our risk to a very low percentage of a loss. Therefore, based on the data and results from our past – we can confidently say that your investment is secure compared to other investment opportunities that are out there. Our business model works in a synergy that is unmatched. Wholesale, Liquidation and eCommerce. Your investment is based and secured by physical products that we are the subject matter experts on when it comes to distribution and finding the right and profitable home for.

How do you ensure transparency?

Transparency is at the core of Wholevestment. We provide detailed reports and updates throughout the lifecycle of your investment. From the type of inventory purchased to the costs and sale timelines, you’ll have clear visibility into every stage of the process.

What is the fastest transaction you have closed?

Every transaction is different and they come with their set of advantages and challenges. The fastest we’ve been able to see a return on our investment/transactions is around 35 days. This means that within 35 days we were able to negotiate and make an offer on inventory -> Sell this inventory to a customer at a profit -> Ship the merchandise to the customer -> and got paid. Transactions like this come around quite often.

What is the longest a transaction has taken?

While this is rare but this happens in our business. We purchased inventory and received it in our warehouse in January. Our plan was to sell this to customer X but they backed out in the last hour. Therefore, we needed to pivot from our original plan of action. We didn’t sell or see profits from this inventory until August of that year. However, we believe that everything happens for a reason. This took longer than expected but we were able to sell through this inventory to another customer and at a much decent returns.
